§ 36-5-107 Incentive payments
        (Ties state and federal money to Tennessee counties to taking part in the IV-D program, which essentially means providing free legal assistance to establish and enforce child support orders.)

§ 36-5-2307 Duties of support enforcement agency
        (Requires each individual child support enforcement office to pursue and enforce child support orders

§ 36-5-2308 Duty of attorney general
        (Allows the Tennessee Attorney General to order a IV-D child support enforcement agency to perform its duties if it is not providing them in general or in providing them to a particular individual.)

§ 71-1-132 Rulemaking authority for the administration of the child support program
        (Authorizes the Tennessee Department of Human Services to adopt rules to administer the state's child support program operated pursuant to Title IV-D of the Social Security Act.)

§ 71-3-125 Child support; enforcement; district attorneys general
        (Authorizes each district attorney general in Tennessee to hire personnel needed to comply with federal law requiring states to provide free legal assistance to custodial parents seeking enforcement of child support orders or seeking to establish child support orders.)
